I am a non-resident Indian. Can I incorporate or become a member of an OPC?

No, only a natural person who is an Indian citizen and resident in India is eligible to incorporate an OPC. Therefore, you as a non-resident cannot become a member or nominee of an OPC. To be a resident in India, you must have stayed in India for a period of not less than 182 days during the immediately preceding calendar year.
