After this, you will have to take Trade license from the local municipal authority (For Eg., it is BBMP in case of Bengaluru, Karnataka). If you are expelling edible oil then you will have to take Food License from FSSAI. Since most of the oil is inflammable, you will have to take Fire license from Fire department. Sometimes local municipal authorities may compel you to take Fire license first before applying for Trade license. Then, you will have to take Shops & Establishment Registration if you want to employ people in your venture. You will have to take Professional Tax registration if the gross monthly salary of any of your employees is more than Rs.15,000/-.
