My brother has borrowed INR 1.6L from a financier (a politician) and INR 70K from his wife. My brother gave a cheque as a security to the financier. My brother continued to pay interest for a long time, but failed to pay the interest for some time. Due to which, the financier has been threatening and warning from brother and family.
