My foreign investor wants to invest in my company under non-repatriable basis. Do I need to take any additional documents in this case?

Foreign investments on non-repatriable basis can be dealt this way:

If your investor is a foreign citizen/ company it doesn't matter whether the investment is on non-repatriable basis or not. In this case, you will have to obtain an affidavit from your investor that the investment is being done on non-repatriable basis.
