We are a food service outlet registered with several online aggregators for online ordering. 1 particular such aggregator, has been in breach of contract we have signed with them. They have also been opting many unjust policies such as refund of order to customers with the outlets consent. We have raised issue with them several times, but no resolution is ever provided. They bend rules in their favour whenever they want without consent of the vendors and in breach of signed contract at most times. We wish to sue them for monetary loss and customer loss we have faced due to their negligence. What would it cost us to do the same and how feasible is it?

If you think the aggregator is deviating from the agreement with a malicious intention of cheating you, you can also consider filing a criminal case and file an FIR against them in your nearest police station. For this, the police, should find a prima facie case against the aggregator.
