ProfessionalIf you have lived for more than 182 in last one year in India you will be considered as Resident Indians. Hence only you both can become the Directors and Shareholders of the company and incorporate a Private limited company. However, your documents can be attested by public attorney in India only if you are in India on business Visa. Otherwise you will have to get your KYC Documents (Passport and any other valid address proof) notarized and apostilled. In your case however, there is no such requirement since both of you have Business visa and have stayed for more than 182 days in the last year in India
