Ours is a very small recruitment company, which was registered in Bangalore as 2 out of 4 directors were i Bangalore. Now these 2 directors are no longer with the company & the necessary paperwork has been done to remove them from the listing. The other 2 directors, now are full share holders of the company & are in Pune. We need to shift the registered office in Pune. We therefore need costing for the same.

Fortunately, most of the compliances under Companies Act is online and you can comply with all the rules from Pune itself very easily. It has been seen that it is more cost effective to maintain the registered address in the current ROC limits (in your case, Bangalore) and comply from your corporate office (in your case Pune) rather than trying to shift your registered office from one RoC to another RoC
